摘要
教练式领导力在企业已经被证明是一种非常有前景的领导方式。教练式领导力是一种将教练与领导有机结合的双赢策略,能有效地将潜在的人力资源转化为现实的生产力。运用在高校里,高校教练式领导是聆听者、发问者、回应者、促进者和授权者,应具备根据教职员工的发展阶段引导其自我调试与自我优化、灵活地与其建立信任关系、有效激发教职员工潜能等,以实现教职员工个人和学校的最佳发展。
Coach Leadership is a win-win strategy connecting coaches with leaders in colleges and universities, which can effectively transform potential human resources into practical productivity. The core of coach leadership is that the staff do their own work without being ordered, e.g.,by recognizing and following to lead the staff towards the right direction. Coach Leaders are listeners,askers,responders, promoters and authorizers,who lead the staff to self-adaptation, self-optimization based on specific different stage, build trust relationship feasibly, develop the staff' s capabilities to promote better development of both the individuals and the organization.
