Legal Professional Ethics And Liberal Education

法律职业伦理教育本质上是一种道德教育,遵循道德教育的规律也面临道德教育的困境。法律职业伦理的养成与法学教育的培养取向有关,法律人除了成为专业人才,还应该成为一个文化人、一个具有通识和一定政治意识的人,因此法学教育应该提供充足的基于自由教育理念的通识教育课程,以此化解当前法学教育中去历史化、去道德化带来的问题。

This paper elaborates series problems in legal education, such as legal formalism, demoralization and non-historism in the process of legal education, duplication of courses and ambiguity of selection criteria in legal sphere, and then points out the relevance of above-mentioned problems to today＇ s Legal Professional Ethics problem. Last of all, according to characteristics of Legal Professional Ethics education, the paper gives several suggestions by view of liberal education to improve cultivation of Legal Professional Ethics.
