不同时间添加代谢有机酮酸对育肥猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of adding metabolic organic keto acid in different time on growth performance and serum biochemical indices in finishing pigs

摘要 为研究不同时间添加代谢有机酮酸对育肥猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响,本试验选用264头体重相近的(长×大)二元健康杂交猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复22头猪,每组公母比例一致。对照组饲喂基础日粮,各试验组分别于第1、21、41天开始饲喂添加0.4%代谢有机酮酸产品的加酸日粮,试验期60 d。结果表明:各试验组相比对照组平均日增重均有提高,其中,第1天添加组与第21天添加组育肥猪平均日增重分别比对照组提高了9.61%(P>0.05)和10.13%(P>0.05);与对照组相比,第1天添加组与第21天添加组血清中白蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸和游离四碘甲腺原氨酸含量均呈升高趋势,低密度脂蛋白含量均呈降低趋势;另外,与对照组相比,各试验组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性均升高,其中第1天添加组比对照组提高了8.43%(P>0.05)。由此可见,代谢有机酮酸可以提高育肥猪的生长性能,增强机体抗氧化能力,并能调节血清蛋白和甲状腺激素水平,其中,第21天与第1天开始添加效果相近。 The experiment was conducted to determine effects of adding metabolic organic keto acid at different time on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of finishing pigs.A total of 264 crossbred (LandracexYorkshire)pigs with similar body and health condition were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 3 replicates of 22 each(half male and half female).The control group was fed with a basal diet,the experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.4% metabolic organic keto acid from 1,21 d and 41 d respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group, the average daily gain were increased in experimental groups, the av- erage daily gain in 1 d added group and 21 d added group were improved by 9.61%(P 〉 0.05)and 10.13%(P 〉 0.05).In addition, compared with the control group, the serum albumin, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, free triiodothyronine and free tetraiodothyronine had the trend of increasing and the low density lipoprotein cholesterol tended to decrease in 1 d added group and 21 d added group,and the serum superoxide dismutase were increased in experimental groups,the serum superoxide dismutase in 1 d added group were improved by 8.43% (P 〉 0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with metabolic organic keto acid could increase growth performance of finishing pigs,enhance the antioxidant capacity and im- prove the serum protein and thyroid hormone levels.And adding metabolic organic keto acid on 21 d could achieve similar effect to the 1 d adding in this test.
