摘要
建立有效的内部创新体系是国有企业提升技术创新能力和创新效率的重要途径。从国有企业技术创新体系及其政策特点出发,在调研的基础上分析了政策存在的问题,并提出相应的政策建议。
The establishment of effective technological innovation system is an important way for state-owned enterprises to improve innovation capability and efficiency. On the basis of exploration of the characteristics of state-owned enterprises＇ technological innovation system and their policies, this paper analyzed the problem of current supportive policies and put forward some suggestions.
