摘要
政府R&D补贴对技术创新有着重要的影响,基于高技术产业的视角,进一步分析了政府R&D补贴对技术创新绩效的影响机理,并采用2000—2013年我国17个三位码高技术产业的分行业数据对国有产权比重和行业技术水平两个因素在这个影响过程中所起的作用进行了实证分析,结果显示:政府R&D补贴总体上对高技术产业的技术创新绩效有着促进的效果,但这种效果会受到国有产权比重和行业技术水平两个因素的影响,国有产权比重与政府R&D补贴的影响效果之间呈负向关系,而行业技术水平则与政府R&D补贴的影响效果呈正向关系。
The government R&D subsidy has a significant impact on the performance of technical innovation efficiency, the paper further analyzes the influence of government R&D subsidy on industrial technical innovation efficiency from the high-tech industrial point, and adopts an empirical analysis on the action of state-owned property and size of enterprises in this process by using a dataset of 17 three-code industries in China during the period of 2000 to 2013. The results show that, government R&D subsidy has a promoting effect on high-tech industrial technical innovation efficiency in general, but this effect will be affected by the proportion of state-owned property and industry technical level. The impact of the proportion of state-owned property and effect of government R&D subsidies shows a negative relationship, industry technical level and effect of government R&D subsidies shows a positive relationship.
