摘要
研发融资约束是融资约束在研发投资领域研究的一个延展问题。研究通过回顾和梳理国内外研究文献,概括性解读研发融资约束的成因、公司特征因素对研发融资约束的影响以及研发融资约束的管理策略。在此基础上,指出该领域未来研究可参考方向。
R＆D financing constraint is an extension research field which is important in R＆D investment. This article reviewed the literatures from the causes, influence of company characteristic on R＆D financing constraints and the financing constraint manage- ment strategy. Based on the analysis, the research field in the future was pointed out.
