社会财富逆转移路径分析及规模测度

Path Analysis and Size Measurement on Reverse Transfer of Social Wealth

社会财富逆转移对弱势群体伤害巨大,进而诱发危机性事件爆发。从社会财富的广义内涵来说,可分为流量财富逆转移和存量财富逆转移两种。从社会财富逆转移的主体和社会公平两个维度发现财富逆转移具有五大转移路径。通过对基于各因素的财富逆转移规模进行测定,结果显示目前财富逆转移总额保持在较高水平,金融资产财富逆转移规模庞大,劳动要素财富逆转移上行趋势明显。需要相关部门抓住"财富"与"公平"的核心,从路径入手进行干预调节。

A reverse transfer of social wealth does great harm to vulnerable groups, then triggers social crisis. Broadly speaking, reverse transfer of social wealth can be divided into two types, one is reverse transfer of flow wealth, the other is reverse transfer of stock wealth. Based on the subject of the reverse transfer of social wealth and the value of justice, five transfer paths are found. After measuring the scale of reverse transfer of social wealth based on various factors, the result shows that the total amount of reverse transfer of social wealth remains at a relatively high level, especially that the reverse transfer based on financial assets is the biggest one, and the reverse transfer based on labor elements is going upward. Relevant departments need to seize the core of ＂wealth＂ and ＂fair＂, then start from the paths mentioned above to make a difference.
