摘要
根据实际生产要求,对力矩电动机和角编码器进行了选型计算,并给出了较高精度的安装方法。使用Ansoft软件绘制出电动机瞬态空载磁力线分布,通过加装铝罩的方法改善电动机漏磁并减少其受到的外界电磁干扰,为磨齿机分度头架力矩电动机的应用提供了参考。
According to the actual production requirements, the torque motor and angle encoder are calculated and selected, and the installation method with high accuracy is given. The transient distribution of the motor magnetic field lines is drawn by using Ansoft software. Through the way of installing an aluminum cover, the motor magnetic leakage is improved and the outside electromagnetic interference which is received by the motor is reduced. A reference is given to the application of the torque motor which used in the gear grinding machine dividing head.
