摘要
机翼连接件是静不定结构,载荷的传递很难用传统的静定结构进行受力分析。利用PATRAN/NASTRAN软件对机翼连接件进行有限元建模,对连接件存在的螺栓连接和端面接触问题,进行了合理的有限元模拟,重点分析了翼型结构特性对螺栓载荷分配的影响。为比较结构刚度变化对螺栓载荷的影响,分别调整连接件局部刚度和结构整体刚度,通过有限元分析,得出了螺栓载荷分配随结构刚度的变化规律,对机翼连接结构设计具有一定的参考价值。
Wing fittings is statically indeterminate structure. It is difficult to use the traditional statically determinate structure to transfer the load for force analysis, This paper establishes a finite element model by PATRAN/NASTRAN, simulate the bolt connection and contact in the fittings, and analyzes the characteristics of the aerofoil structure of the bolt load. By changing the local and overall stiffness, it also analyzes the influence of the characteristics on the bolt load distribution and obtains the change rule of the docking bolt load distribution. It is of a certain reference value for the study of the connection structure design.
