圆柱形金属橡胶构件的模具设计

摘要 金属橡胶是由拉伸好的螺旋卷按一定的规律和要求铺设在特殊的模具上,经冷冲压工艺制得的构件。选取航天发动机起落架上的金属橡胶减振器作为背景,依据毛坯的具体尺寸和构件的要求做了圆柱形金属橡胶构件的模具设计。圆柱形金属橡胶构件的加工只有一道工序,那就是对孔进行径向挤压。采用了两种方案,第一种方案:直接采用圆柱形凸模。第二种方案:采用圆锥形的凸模,再加上圆锥形的凸模镶瓣。经过对比两种方案的优缺点,确定选用第一种方案。运用Pro/E进行了三维实体绘制,更加直观、清楚地表达出所设计模具的效果。 Metal rubber is a kind of component made of stretched spiral coil which is laid down on the special mould according to a certain rule, and punched. Metal rubber damper of aerospace engine gear is chosen as a background. In terms of specific size of semi-finished product and demand for the component, the cylindrical mould of the metal rubber is designed. There is only a process for machining the cylindrical metal rubber, that is, hole is radially extruded. In this paper, two schemes are used. one, cylindrical terrace tie is used, the other cone terrace tie is used; in the meanwhile, cone convex die insert valve is added. Through comparison between two schemes, the first scheme is selected. The three-dimensional entity is drawn by pro/e software. It can clearly describe the effect of the designed mould.
