摘要
通过对某公司强化试验车车架铆钉断裂型式及破坏顺序的分析,对比竞品车架相应部位结构,分析出铆钉破坏的原因,通过CAE分析和实际工作工况相结合,对铆钉布局及连接部件做适应性调整。调整后的车架通过强化试验,验证了分析正确性,为此类问题的分析积累了经验。
This paper analyzes the fracture pattem, failure sequence and the cause of truck frame rivets and compares them to the corresponding parts of the competitors' frame. Through CAE analysis and combined with actual working conditions, it calculates its stress effect out to adjust the rivet layout and connecting mode. After strength test, the adjusted frame meets the design requirements. It verifies the correctness of the analysis and accumulates experience on these problems.
