摘要
针对ABS制动的工作原理,应用AMESim软件建立了制动系统的动力学模型,利用Simulink/Stateflow设计了防抱死制动PID控制策略,对ABS液压调节单元的高速电磁阀进行控制,并进行实例仿真实验。结果表明:该方法对ABS能进行有效的控制,且仿真过程能够实时反应各个参数对系统运行的影响,也为搭建实验平台提供理论指导,既缩短了开发周期,又节约了实验成本。
Based on the working principle of ABS braking system, the paper uses Simulink/Stateflow software to design a control strategy of PID of anti-lock brake system,which is used to control the high-speed solenoid valve in ABS hydraulic regulating unit and does the instance simulation experiment. The result shows that the means is used to effectively control ABS and the influence of every parameter on the running system in real time is reseached. Also, the theoretical guidance is provided for building experiment platform. So that the means can be used to shorten the system development cycle and save the experiment cost.
