摘要
介绍了逆向工程在经编机共轭凸轮机构中的应用研究方法。基于三坐标测量仪测量的点云数据,用逆向工程软件Imageware进行曲线拟合,结合经编机凸轮实际运动规律,对拟合的凸轮轮廓线进行优化设计,生成了可直接用于数控加工的CAD模型,缩短了凸轮机构开发周期。
The paper presents a research method of reverse engineering in the warp machine knitter's conjugate cam mechanism. Based on the point clouds data of coordinate measuring machine, the reverse engineering software Imageware is used to fit the curve. According to its actual beat-up motion, the optimal design of simulative conjugate cam profile is taken to establish the CAD model which is directly used to control its manufacturing. The research period of the cam mechanism is shortened.
