拉杆对锚式搅拌器搅拌效果影响的数值模拟

摘要 对锚式搅拌器的研究大多采用试验的方法,现采用数值模拟软件对锚式搅拌器进行研究。对无拉杆、带水平拉杆和带水平垂直拉杆等3种锚式搅拌叶轮在不同雷诺数的流体中进行数值模拟,得到了槽内流体的流场特性,分析对比了拉杆对锚式搅拌叶轮功率消耗的影响。结果表明,放置水平拉杆的锚式叶轮对功率消耗无明显影响,而且同时放置水平和垂直拉杆的锚式叶轮,对功率消耗也无明显影响。模拟结果与文献试验结果相符。 The method of experiment is mainly adopted in the research on the anchor agitator, while this paper uses the numerical simulation software in it. It also does the numerical simutation of its three kinds, such as without the rods and with the horizontal rods and with the horizontal and vertical rods, at the different reynolds number of the fluid to successfully simulate the fluid flow field char- actedstics of the tank, and analyzes the influence of the rods on the impeller power consumption. Results show that the anchor impeller with the horizontal rod has no obvious effect on the power consumption, and at the same time, one with the horizontal and vertical rod has no obvious effect on the power consumption too. The simulation results are in conformity with the literature ones.
