摘要
为保障粉末成型机可靠运行,运用GPRS技术监测粉末成型机实时运行状态。当粉末成型机成型品质受到影响时发出报警并采取相应应急处理的方法。同时,为了解粉末成型机未来运行状态,将监测数据转化为表征粉末成型机成型品质的特征值,通过建立ARMA时间序列模型预测影响粉末成型品质的关键参数的趋势,以归一化数据处理方法,综合不同特征值实现质量预警。以某型号粉末冶金机粉末开裂情况为例进行分析,仿真分析的结果表明:质量预警模型高效、可靠。
In order to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the powder metallurgic forming machines, this paper puts forward a new approach of monitoring the real-time running state of the machine based on GPRS, then the monitoring data is converted into the degenerate eigenvalue of the machine performance. It also establishes the ARMA time series model, which is used to predictes the trend running state of the machine and transform the monitoring data into the features that can present the molding quality. Then, Combined with the different characteristic values the method is used to realize its prediction. Taking the certain type of the powder metallurgic forming machine for example and the crack pattern is chosen to analyze the feature. Through the simulation and the results show that the early warning model is perfect.
