摘要
自动生产线采用三菱Q系列PLC控制器,共有三层控制网络组成,其中中间层为控制层网络,运用CC-Link IE控制层网络模块构建了主控台单元与从传送带单元、立体仓库单元之间的光纤环网通信。下层网络为设备层网络,通过使用CC-Link现场总线技术,实现了对传送带单元和立体仓库单元的能量监控以及与传送带单元变频器的控制。
The automatic production line is equipped with Mitsubishi Q series PLC controller. Its network is composed of three levels and the middle level is the control layer. CC-Link IE is used in the production line to construct the optical fiber network communication between the main control unit. the belt unit and the three-dimensional storehouse unit. Its lower network layer is used for the device network and the CC-Link field bus is used to realize the energy monitoring on the conveyor unit and three-dimensional storehouse u- nit and the control of the transformer of the conveyor unit.
