关于铁路自动化煤炭定量装车系统中称量系统的研究

Study on the weighing system of railway automatic coal quantitative loading system

铁路自动化煤炭定量装车系统是我国在20世纪九十年代从国外引进的一种新型铁路列车装载系统。它是由机械、液压、电子设备组成,在上位计算机及PLC的控制下,以连续的方式将固体散堆装物料按照预先设定的重量称重并装载到匀速行进中的列车车厢内的一种铁路装车系统。为进一步消化吸收国外先进技术,有效指导铁路自动化煤炭定量装车系统的组建、使用和维修,作者对铁路自动化煤炭定量装车系统中的称量系统进行了深入研究。本文首先阐述了铁路自动化煤炭定量装车系统的组成、性能及工作原理;之后,作者以内蒙古包头古城湾装车基地采用的铁路自动化煤炭定量装车系统为研究对象,对称重系统做了深入详细的研究。主要研究了其结构组成、工作原理及称重系统的校准方法,称重传感器的作用、结构及工作原理,RICELAKE RL75058型称重传感器、称重仪表的作用、RICELAKE 920i型称重仪表的参数设置。

Automatic coal precision load - out system of railway is a new type of train loading system, which was introduced from abroad in the 1990＇s. It is composed of mechanical, hydraulic, electronic equipment, under the control of the host computer and PLC, which can continuously load solid bulk materials into a moving train compartment, according to the preset weight. In order to further digestion and absorption of the foreign advanced technology, and effectively guide the application and repairation, in this dissertation, the author makes a detailed study of the automatic coal precision load -out system. Firstly, this dissertation summarized the automatic coal precision load - out system of railway line. Then, taking the system of Gueheng- wan loading base of Baotou, Inner Mongolia as an example, and focuses on the control weighing system a detailed interpretation. Weighing sys- tem part maluly introduces its structure, working principle and calibration method, weighing sensor＇s role and working principle, Ricelake RL75058 load cell, weighing instrument role, Ricelake 920i weighing instrument parameter settings.
