地塞米松预处理对经外周置入中心静脉导管静脉炎的预防作用及护理体会

Preventive Effect of Dexamethasone Pretreatment on Phlebitis Induced by PICC and Nursing Experience

目的探讨地塞米松预处理对经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)静脉炎的预防作用及护理体会。方法将60例PICC置管患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预),各30例。置管前均进行地塞米松预处理。结果与对照组相比,观察组PICC机械性静脉炎的发生率显著降低(P<0.05),治疗后静脉炎恢复时间明显缩短(P<0.05),对护理服务的满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论置管期间的护理干预能有效预防地塞米松预处理期间的PICC静脉炎,提高患者满意度及治疗依从性。

Objective To study the preventive effect of dexamethasone pretreatment on phlebitis induced by PICC and the nursing experience. Methods 60 cases of patients with PICC received the dexamethasone pretreatment were randomized into the control group（ routine nursing） and the observation group（ nursing intervention）,30 cases in each group. The two groups were performed dexamethasone pretreatment. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of phlebitis induced by PICC was significantly reduced in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; the recovery time of phlebitis after treatment was obviously decreased in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention during the dexamethasone pretreatment for PICC can effectively prevent the phlebitis reuced by PICC and improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree.
