胃黏膜保护剂联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃溃疡40例

Influence of Gstric Mcosal Potective Aents Combined with Poton Pump Inhibitor for Treating Patients with Gastric Ulcer in 40 Cases

目的探讨胃黏膜保护剂联合质子泵抑制剂对胃溃疡患者愈合质量的影响。方法随机选取医院收治的胃溃疡患者80例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各40例。研究组患者予胃黏膜保护剂联合质子泵抑制剂治疗,对照组患者予单纯质子泵抑制剂治疗。结果研究组患者的总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05),溃疡愈合质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05),复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论胃黏膜保护剂联合质子泵抑制剂能有效提升胃溃疡患者的愈合质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of gastric mucosal protective agents combined with proton pump inhibitor in treating quality of patients with gastric ulcer. Methods 80 patients with gastric ulcer were selected and divided into study group（ n = 40） and control group（ n = 40） according to the random number table method. The study group was given gastric mucosal protective agent therapy combined with proton pump inhibitor,while the control group was given proton pump inhibitor therapy only. Results The total efficiency of the study group 97. 50%,which was significantly higher than 67. 50% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the healing quality of ulcer was significantly higher（ P〈0. 05）,the proportion of relapse was significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）,incidence rate of adverse reaction had no significant difference in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Mucosal protective agents combined with proton pump inhibitors can effectively improve the healing quality of patients with gastric ulcer.
