摘要
职业成功是个体加入组织时最重视的因素,不仅关系到个体的职业成长,更关系到组织的产出与绩效。通过互惠视角对上下级关系与员工职业成功的关系进行理论分析,结果表明:上下级关系对员工职业成功有显著的正向影响,即上下级关系越好,员工越容易获得职业成功。
Career success is the most important factor when individual join the organization. It not only relates to the profes- sional growth of the individual, more related to the organization's output and performance. Based on reciprocity theory, we make theoretical analysis for the relationship between the superior and the subordinate and employee's career success, the re- sults show that the relationship between the superior and the subordinate has significant positive influence on career success, namely the better the relationship between the superior and the subordinate, the easier for employee to get career success.
