Promoting Registration for Universal Insurance to Establish a Stable Mechanism for Insurance Participating

作为全民参保登记的试点城市之一,南京市按照高效简便、覆盖全民、动态精确的原则,采取以信息比对为主、重点调查采集为补充的方式,建立起覆盖城乡全体人员的社会保险数据资源库。本文拟从确立全民参保登记计划的目标入手,分析全民参保登记工作的难点,提出具体做法,为建立稳定的参保机制打下坚实基础。

As one of the pilot cities conduct registration for universal insurance, and in accordance with the principle of high efficiency, simplicity, all-coverage, and dynamic precision, Nanjing adopted a way of information comparison as a main approach while focus investigation and data collection as a supplement to set up a database for social insurance covering urban residents and rural farmers. From the perspective of establishing the goal of registration for universal insurance, this paper analyzed difficulties in the registration, and suggested specific approaches therefore to lay a solid foundation for establishing a stable mechanism for universal insurance participating.
