改性剂用量对竹纤维/不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料吸水性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过化学改性处理竹粉和竹原纤维,模压制备竹纤维/不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料,研究不同改性剂用量对复合材料吸水性能的影响。结果表明,随着改性剂用量的增加,复合材料的吸水厚度膨胀率和吸水率相应降低。扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明,与对照组相比,经IEM改性后的竹粉、竹原纤维均被基体树脂紧密包裹,即改性后纤维与树脂界面相容性提高,结合力增强。 Bamboo-fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester composites were prepared with flat molding method after the fibers were modified. The effects of modifier dosages on the properties of water absorption of the composites were investigated. The result indicated that the thickness swelling rate and water absorption rate of bamboo fiber/UPE composites treated by IEM reduced in accordance with the increase of modifier dosage. The SEM analysis results showed that the bamboo powders and the bamboo original fibers were closely wrapped by UPE resins after IEM treated and the interface bonding strength was increased compared with the control.
