摘要 我国新能源汽车的数量正在迅速增长,根据国务院的相关规划,我国2020年新能源汽车累计产销量将达到500万辆,然而充电服务设施不足严重制约了新能源汽车的推广速度。分析了新能源汽车充电服务行业现状和发展过程中遭遇的包括技术和商业模式不成熟在内的几大问题,并进一步总结和归纳了相关国企及民营企业在电动汽车推广上采取的相关措施。最后总结和分析了一系列投资及运营企业进入充电服务行业具体可行的商业模式。 The number of electrical vehicles in China is growing rapidly. According to the relevant planning of the State Council, the number of the cumulative production of the electrical vehicles will reach 5 million by 2020 in China. However, the lack of charging facilities severely restricts the promotion speed of the electrical vehicles. This paper analyzes the state of the art and several issues in the charging service business of the electrical vehicles, including the immaturity of technology and business models, and further summarizes the measures to promote the development of the electrical vehicles in the relevant state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. Finally, the paper summarizes and analyzes several specific and feasible business models to access the charging service business for a series of investments and operation enterprises.
