大型风燃协调等效电厂的自动发电控制策略研究 被引量:18

摘要 以崇明岛智能电网为例,提出了风燃协调等效电厂(wind-gas coordinating equivalent power plant,WGPP)的概念。通过风力发电系统与燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组(CCPP)的互补运行,实现提高并网功率的可控和可调性,以及风燃联合发电作为一个等效电厂参与系统的调度运行等目标。针对WGPP的调度目标以及接入系统规模的不同,提出了两种不同的WGPP调度模式:跟踪调度曲线模式和CPS控制模式。为了充分利用WGPP中CCPP机组出力调节速度快的特点,对基于传统比例积分原理的自动发电控制算法进行了改进。最后,分别以现场实测数据以及四种风电功率事件为例,RTDS仿真验证了两种WGPP调度模式的可行性。 Taking the power system of Chongming Island as an example, a concept of wind-gas coordinating equivalent power plant (WGPP) is proposed. This concept applies the method of integrating the wind farm and gas-steam combined cycle power plant (CCPP), which makes the grid-connected power controllable, and make WGPP participate in the system schedule as an equivalent power plant. Then, according to different scheduling targets and connected systems' scales, two different scheduling modes are proposed: scheduling track mode and CPS control mode In order to take full advantage of CCPP's performance characteristics, the automatic generation control (AGC) algorithm based on traditional PI principle is modified. Finally, the RTDS simulation results using field test data and four types of wind events validate the feasibility of the two different scheduling modes.
