摘要
为了减小机针线孔对碳纤维缝纫线的剪切应力以降低断线率,应用摩擦学原理,在线孔中加装滚轮,变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,改进缝纫机针设计,有效降低了缝纫生产的断线率。
In order to reduce the breakage of the sewing thread of carben fiber due to the shearing stress from the thread hole on the sewing machine and to do some modification on the sew- ing needle,a roller is installed on the thread hole considering the tribology,and the needle is redesigned. The rolling friction is employed instead of sliding friction, effectively reducing breakage of the thread.
