延伸至右心房的下腔静脉平滑肌瘤一例

摘要 患者女，55岁，因右下腹持续性疼痛3个月于2007年3月5日入院．查体：体温36．8℃，呼吸20次／min，脉搏80次／min，血压141／86mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。口唇无发绀，颈静脉无怒张。
