摘要
在热轧宽铜带坯双面铣削机上应用边铣自动宽度控制,实现带材边部恒铣屑量铣削,同时保证铣削量控制精度,以提高带材利用率,通过分析系统构成和控制原理,研究系统控制算法和具体实现,以及影响控制精度的因素和解决方法。
Automatic width control for side milling is used in the hot-rolled wide copper strip double-milling machine to realize strip milling with constant milling at edges and guarantee milling amount control precision so as to raise strip utilization rate. By analyzing the system composition and control principle, this paper studies the system control algorithm and its realization~ as well as the factors influencing control accuracy and the solution.
