摘要 电压闪变作为电能质量一项重要指标,国际电工委员会(IEC)为其提供了专门的测量模型。系统采用可编程逻辑器件FPGA作为数字处理核心,在ICE标准下,设计并优化了电压闪变的测量模块,主要包括IIR型数字滤波器的设计和实现,并用MATLAB和Modelsim对模型进行了仿真,验证了模块正确性和准确性,最后运用系统进行实际测量,分析了测量误差并对误差进行分段校正,提高了测量精度。 A special measurement model is provided by the International Electro-technical Commission (IEC) for voltage flicker, an important indicator for power quality. The system adopts the programmable logic device FPGA as its digital processing core. Based on the IEC standard, this paper presents a design and optimization of a measurement module for voltage flicker, mainly covering the design and implementation of the IIR digital filter. Simulation is completed by means of MATLAB and Modelsim to verify the correctness and accuracy of the module. Finally, the application system is measured, and measurement errors are analyzed and corrected by segment so as to improve the measurement accuracy.
