中部地区新型城镇化进程中失地农民市民化研究

On the Citizenization of Land- lost Farmers in New Urbanization Process in Central Areas

城镇化建设必将导致大量农民失去家园和土地,被迫进城,如何尽快的让这些农民市民化,关系到农民的切身利益,关系到城镇化推进和健康发展的同时也关系到社会稳定。本文首先介绍了农民市民化的概念、层次和模式,其次分析了中部地区新型城镇化进程中失地农民市民化的现状、发展趋势及面临的问题,最后提出中部地区新型城镇化进程中失地农民市民化的对策建议。

It is inevitable that many farmers lost land and home due to urbanization construction and they have to move to the city. How to fasten the process of citizenization of those farmers is closely related to their vital interest ,the advancement and healthy development of urbanization and social stability as well. This paper first introduces the concept,the level and mode of farmer＇s citizenizaiton, then analyzes the present situation,the development trend and the problems ,finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestion to it.
