Small and medium - sized enterprise is the important force to advance Inner Mongolia economic development. It plays a vital role in advancing economic growth, relieving urban and rural employment and increasing taxation revenue. Optimizing financing structure has great influence on improving the achievement and governing efficiency of small and medium - sized enterprises. This paper elaborates from the aspects of optimizing the financing style, enlarging financing means, improving capital utilization rate, enhancing enterprise core competiveness of small and medium- sized enterprises.
