摘要
近几年图画技术在心理测验中得到了广泛的应用,图画技术属于投射测验。在投射测验中,图画技术可以绕过受访者的心理防御,在他们不防备的情况下探测其真实想法,这可以作为干部选拔的途径之一。心里魔法壶测验作为投射测验的典型,在高校学生班干部选拔中得以应用。通过探索心理魔法壶测验的定义及依据,探讨该测验在选拔学生干部中的实用性及具体流程,最后在对测验结果解析的基础上,针对出现的问题,找到解决措施。
In recent years drawing technology has been widely applied to psychological test. It belongs to projective test. And in projective test,drawing technology can escape from interviewee's mental defense to explore their inner heart without preparedness. It can be used as one of the approaches to select cadres. As a model of projective test ,psychological magic pot test can be applied to university student cadre selection. This paper explores the definition and evidence of psychological magic pot test, discusses its practicability and specific process, puts forward countermeasures based on analyzing test results.
