高职学生职业素质培养的困境及路径探析

The Dilemma in Cultivating Higher Vocational College Students' Professional Quality and Approach Analysis

职业素质在职业活动中起决定作用,内在的、相对稳定的基本素质,是高职教育工作的重要内容之一。高职学生职业素质培养中,学生自身层面存在缺乏职业发展意识、对新的职业学习环境不适应以及职业理想模糊和学校层面培养理念落后、忽视职业素质培养、育人与用人相分离的问题。用系统论的方法,构建以学生为主体、学校为主导、社会辅助三位一体的相互影响、相互作用的培养路径。

Professional quality plays a decisive role in professional activity. The internal and relative steady basic quality is one of the important contents of higher vocational education. There exist problems among higher vocational students such as,lack of professional development awareness, not adapting to new professional learning environment, unclear professional aim. In addition, there also exist problems in school such as out - of - date cultivation concept, ignorance of professional quality cultivation, the isolation of cultivation and employment. With system method,this paper tries to construct a cultivating approach with student as main body,school as leading role and societyas assistance.
