摘要 民法学应以培养学生的民法思维能力,尤其是实践思维能力为教学目标。"参与式"实践教学法强调在低年级民法教学中推行"问答参与式"教学法,进行民法理论思维能力训练;在高年级民法教学中采用"案例参与式"实践教学法,以纠纷防范能力培养为重心,进行民法实践思维能力训练。设计新的民法课程考核方法是推行"参与式"实践教学法的必要保障。 The teaching aim of the Science of Civil Law is to cultivate students" ability of civil law thinking, m particular,the practical thinking ability. " Participatory" practice teaching emphasizes the application of " question and answer participatory" teaching method among the teaching of the junior civil law so as to undertake the training of civil law theory thinking ability and the teaching of the senior civil with cases " participatory" practice teaching method to train the ability of disputes prevention and the practical ability of civil law thinking. Designing a new civil law course examination method is the necessary guarantee for the implementation of the " participatory" pracuce teaching.
