摘要
通过文献资料法及实验法研究,探析有氧操运动中手臂高度与心率变化的机制。对40名受试者在有氧操运动中双臂直臂侧上摆和侧下摆的心率变化;双臂侧上屈伸和侧下屈伸的心率变化进行监测,对有氧操运动中手臂运动的高度与心率变化情况进行研究。结果显示,有氧操运动中手臂的高度超过心脏会促使心跳加速,原因主要与身体的重力势能、动力肌肉群做功、运动强度和心脏供血量等参数的变化有关。
With documentary method and experimental method, this paper analyzes the heart rate changes mechanism of aerobics movement. Altogether 40 subjects receive the heart rate changes monitor by raising arms upside and downside and raising arm with flexion - extension in aerobics movement. This paper studies the relation between arm height and heart rate changes. The result proves that if the arm height is higher than the heart, it will accelerate heart beating rate in the gymnastic exercises movement. It is due to the body's gravitational potential energy, muscle group acting system,exercise intensity and heart blood flow etc.
