论“慕课”形势下高校图书馆员职业素养的提高

On Improving University Librarian's Professional Quality under the Background of "MOOCA"

本文首先介绍了近些年"慕课"的发展情况,提出"慕课"形势下高校图书馆发展思路的转变方向,指出了高校图书馆员职业素质方面存在职业道德、服务意识差;专业素质参差不齐;人员结构需要调整;基本技能掌握较少的问题。提出"慕课"形势下高校图书馆员应通过深化服务,创新意识,主动出击迎接挑战;加强专业知识学习,拓宽深度广度;增强科研意识,提高科研水平;强化信息意识,提高信息素养的途径不断提高自身业务素质。

This article first introduces the development of ＂MOOCS＂ in recent years,puts forward future devel- oping direction of university library under the background of MOOCS, points out the problems existed inuniversity li- brarians, such as poor professional ethics, lack of service awareness, uneven professional quality, unbalanced staff structure and lack of basic skills etc. Finally, this paper puts forward that under the new situation university librarian should deepen service and innovation awareness, meet challenge actively, strengthen the learning of professional knowledge, enlarge depth and width, enhance science and research awareness, improve science and research stand- ard, strengthen information awareness and increasethe approaches to the improvement of information quality so as to improve self professional quality.
