金川二矿区16行垂直矿柱安全高效回采实践 被引量:2

摘要 分析16行垂直保安矿柱的受力状态以及对整个采场稳定性的作用,以采场稳定性为基础,研究金川二矿区大面积连续开采暂时留设的16行垂直矿柱资源回采技术,开展矿柱安全采矿设计和回采实践。结果表明,在二矿区大面积连续开采过程中,垂直矿柱在高应力作用下产生整体塑性屈服破坏。当回采水平低于垂直保安矿柱以后,整个矿柱对采场的支撑作用逐步减小直至作用不明显,因此回采矿柱对采场整体稳定将不产生显著影响。实践中有效回采了16行垂直矿柱资源。 The stress condition and the eileet on stop- -L- j of the temporary leaving 16-line vertical pillar in are analyzed, the mining technology of the resources Jinchuan Group is investigated based on the stope large area continuous mining of the 2# mining area of stability, and the safe mining engineering is designed and practiced. The results show that there is the whole plastic yield destruction for the vertical pillars under the high stress in large area continuous mining of the 2# mining area. The supporting effect of whole pillars on the stope is gradually decreased until unobvious effects while mining level is lower than that the protective vertical pillars. Therefore, the stope stability will not be significantly impacted by the mining of the pillars. The resources of the 16-line vertical pillars are safely recovered in the engineering practice.
