摘要 介绍了当前国内外电磁继电器产品和技术现状及未来发展趋势。在产品方面,电磁继电器目前正向高压、大功率、小型化、高可靠、长寿命方向发展,尤其是高压直流继电器的推广和应用为电磁继电器产业发展带来新的契机。在技术方面,电磁继电器研究涉及虚拟样机技术、电弧理论与仿真技术、产品质量一致性稳健设计技术等关键技术方向,尤其是产品质量一致性稳健设计技术将成为我国军用电磁继电器设计水平和产品质量提升的关键。 The current status and future development trencl of research and technologies for electromagnetic relays were reviewed. Electromagnetic relays are progressing in the direction of large power, small volume, high reliability and long lifespan. The spread and application of high-voltage direct-current relay bring opportunities for the market. Electromagnetic relay technologies involve the virtual prototype design, arc theory and simulation, quality consistency and robust design, especially quality consistency design will become the key of design ability and product performance enhancement for military electromagnetic relays in our country.
