摘要
水电工程建设通过直接的和间接的作用,影响了生态系统内部的稳定性,存在一定生态风险。为定量分析水电工程建设的生态风险,需要构建一套可操作的计算方法。为此,归纳借鉴国外生态风险评价的方法,结合水电工程建设对生态系统的影响机理,从影响和受体两个方面的相互作用出发,构建了水电建设生态风险评价概念模型。该模型可以定量分析水电工程的生态风险大小,可操作性强;其用于流域水电开发生态风险评价,可为决策部门提供数据依据,也可以为流域水电开发生态风险保护措施提供技术支撑。
The development of hydropower projects has direct and indirect impacts on ecological system. In order to quantitatively analyze the ecological risk caused by hydropower development, an operational calculation method is needed. By analyzing the impact mechanism on ecological system and summarizing foreign ecological risk assessment methods, the conceptual model of ecological risk assessment is established. The method can quantitatively analyze ecological risk. The application of model on ecological risk assessment of watershed hydropower development can provide data basis for decision- making and technical supports for the development of hydropower watershed ecological risk protection measures.
