航电枢纽中小洪水的利用方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用防洪库容拦蓄洪水尾是水库洪水资源化的重要措施。以低调节性能的航电枢纽为研究对象,提出中小洪水资源化方法。依据实时洪水预报过程,采用一维水力学模型,计算实时动态水面线,以库区淹没控制水面线为约束,确定淹没控制断面及坝址断面水位上限值,根据洪水退水规律确定关闸时机。以赣江某航电枢纽为背景开展实例研究,取得了较好的经济效益。 The intercepting and storing of flood tail by flood control capacity of reservoir is an important measure of flood resources utilization. Taking the navigation power junction project which has a low regulation performance as study object, the flood resources utilization method of small and medium floods is proposed. Based on real-time flood forecasting, the dynamic water line is calculated by one-dimensional unsteady flow mechanics model. Taking the submerged control water llne of reservoir area as the constraint, the water level upper limit values of the flood control section and dam site section are determined respectively, and then the time of gate closing can be acquired according to the law of flood extinction. A navigation power junction in Ganjiang River is taken as the study case and it obtains substantial economic benefits.
