摘要 针对一水库两电站优化调度模型问题,以西藏拉洛水利枢纽为例,视拉洛水库的拉洛、德罗水电站为1个虚拟电站的2个机组,将复杂的调度约束规则简化为单一水库调度的流量约束,以发电量最大化为目标函数,在生态流量、灌溉需水量等约束条件下,建立优化调度模型,选取拉洛坝址多年旬平均流量过程作为来水,采用蚁群算法求解。结果表明,计算所得的调度成果合理,满足约束条件,实现了拉洛水利枢纽发电收益最大化的目标。该优化模型在保证求解质量和精度的前提下大大简化了计算量。 Laluo Hydro-junction Joint Project located in Tibet is taken as an example to study the optimization dispatching model of a reservoir with two hydropower stations. By regarding Laluo and Deluo power stations under Laluo Reservoir as two assembling units of a virtual power station, the complex dispatching constraint rule can be simplified as the flow constraint condition of single reservoir, and then the optimization dispatching model is established on the basis of ecology and irrigation flow constraint conditions and taking maximum power generation as objective function. The model is solved by using the method of ant colony algorithm on the basis of selecting average annual runoff as design representative year. The calculation results show that the dispatching program is reasonable and meet the constraints. The optimization dispatching model greatly simplifies the calculation under the premise of quality and accuracy.
