摘要
在分析铁道辙叉闪光焊接工艺流程基础上,重新设计了焊机控制系统,系统以SLC500系列PLC为控制核心,实现基于焊接电流反馈和焊件送进速度反馈的双闭环控制,实现了焊接电流的精确调节。对控制系统硬件进行了设计并完成选型,在控制算法方面以模糊PID算法为控制策略,确定了控制逻辑,并给出变量的模糊化流程图,保证了闪光焊机在焊接过程中电流的稳定性。现场试验结果表明,焊接电流在焊接全过程超调不超过10%,保证了焊件质量的可靠性。
Based on the analysis of flash welding process of frog,the welding control system is redesigned by taking SLC500 series PLC plays as the control core. The double-loop feedback of welding current and weldpiece feeding speed were implemented to get the precisely regulated current. Control system hardware is designed and determined. The fuzzy PID algorithm was used. The experimental results show that the variation of welding is less 10% in flash welding process.
