采用激光作为焊接热源对锂电池进行焊接,由焊接工作台、精密夹具、自动上料机构及下料机构组成自动化焊接生产线。节约了人力成本,同时避免了人工误操作,良品率达到98%以上。
The laser beam was used to weld lithium battery. The automatic production line was made of the welding platform,fixture,automatic feeding machine,and automatic packaging machine. The welding system saves human cost and avoids the mishandling by human. The rate of good products can achieve higher than 98%.
