三维成像技术诊断胎儿脊柱畸形的价值

摘要 目的探讨三维成像技术在诊断胎儿脊柱畸形中的应用价值。方法对Ⅱ级筛查中疑有胎儿脊柱畸形或产前筛查提示NTD高风险的孕妇360例,应用PACS系统随机编号分为观察组和对照组,各180例。进行Ⅲ级产前超声系统检查,观察组在二维超声检查的基础上采用三维成像技术观察胎儿脊柱,对照组仅采用二维超声检查胎儿脊柱;分析2组胎儿脊柱畸形的诊断准确率。结果观察组孕妇引产后或生后证实有36例胎儿存在脊柱畸形,经三维成像检测出35例,诊断准确率97.22%。对照组孕妇引产后或生后证实有33例胎儿存在脊柱畸形,二维超声检测出26例,诊断准确率78.79%。结论三维成像技术在提高胎儿脊柱畸形的诊断率方面有重要价值。 Objective To explore the application value of Fetus Spinal Deformity. Methods 360 pregnant women which examined with suspected risks of fetus spinal deformity in conventional prenatal ultrasound (Class 11 ) or hight risk of NTD in prenatal screening were divided into observation group and control group at random. The objects of study in observation group were examined by three-dimensional ultrasono-graphy while the objects of study in control group were examined only by means of two dimensional ultrasonography. Then compare the precision of the two groups. Results It' s proved that 36 cases in observation group has spinal deformity after birth or odinopoeia and 35 cases among them were diagnosed by three-dimensional ultrasono-graphy. The diagnosis precision is 97.22%. It' s proved that 33 cases in control group has spinal deformity after birth or odinopoeia and 26 cases among them were diagnosed by means of two dimensional ultrasonography. The diagnosis precision is 78.79%. Conclusion The three-dimensional ultrasono-graphy has a high value in improving the diagnosis rate of fetus spinal deformity.
