长丝/纳米复合纱的制备及其性能

摘要 为研制一种普通长丝和纳米纤维的复合纱线,以涤纶长丝和二醋酸纤维素切片作为原材料,采用静电纺丝技术制备纳米纤维,并在纺丝过程中将醋酸纳米纤维复合在长丝表面以制得复合纱线。运用扫描电镜(SEM)、显微镜等对该复合纱线的制备过程及其性能进行分析与表征。结果表明:当纺丝液浓度为13%,纺丝电压为18kV,接收距离为14cm,喷丝流量为0.6mL/h时,复合纱成纱效果较好。纳米纤维对长丝具有良好包覆效果,其中70D复合纱包覆效果优于100D,同时70D的双股复合纱加捻的效果也更好。 With polyester filament and cellulose acetate flake as raw materials,the electrostatic spinning technique was used to prepare filament and nanofiber composite yarns which was combined by filament yarn as core and nanofibers as coating.The spinning process was optimzed.And properties of the composite yarns were analyzed and characterized by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and microscope.The results showed that as the concentration of 13%,spinning voltage 18 kV,receiving distance 14 cm,jet flow 0.6mL/h,spinning effect was better.Nanofibers had a good coating effect both for 70 Dand 100Dfilament,while the coating effect and twisting both indicated better effects for 70 Dfilament.
