摘要
以3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮四羧酸二酐(BTDA)和2,4-二氨基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪(DMT)为原料,利用化学亚胺化和热亚胺化制备新型可溶性主链含嗪环的聚酰亚胺(PI),即PI-1和PI-2,并且对它们的分子结构、溶解性、结晶性、热稳定性和电化学行为进行研究。结果表明,无论利用化学亚胺化还是热亚胺化均能成功将聚酰胺酸转变为PI。两种PI均易溶于DMF、DMAC、DMSO和NMP等极性非质子溶剂中。PI-1和PI-2是部分结晶聚合物,PI-2的结晶度更高。PI-1和PI-2均具有较高的热稳定性,PI-2的热稳定性优于PI-1。此外,PI-1和PI-2在DMSO溶液中具有明显的电化学氧化-还原行为。
The novel soluble polyimides with triazine ring in the main chain,PI-1and PI-2,were synthesized firstly by chemical imidization and thermal imidization respectively from BTDA and DMT as raw materials and then their molecular structures,solubility,crystallization properties,thermal stability and electrochemical properties were studied.The results showed that polyamide acid has been transformed successfully into polyimides via the thermal imidization or chemical imidization.PI-1and PI-2could be soluble in DMF,DMAC,DMSO and NMP.PI-1and PI-2were partially crystalline polymers and PI-2had higher crystallization degree than PI-1.PI-1and PI-2had higher thermal stability,and the thermal stability of PI-2was superior than PI-1.Besides,both PI-1and PI-2had obvious electrochemical oxidation-reduction behavior in DMSO solution.
