摘要
通过静电纺丝技术制备壳聚糖(CS)/尼龙6(PA6)复合纤维膜,然后采用合适的溶剂将PA6溶脱,获得多孔CS纤维膜。SEM表明:CS/PA6复合纤维膜经溶剂(间甲酚与乙醇体积比1∶1)溶脱后,仍保持了纤维的结构。FT-IR结果表明,PA6与CS之间可能存在氢键等相互作用。吸附数据显示:多孔CS纤维膜在pH=3时对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力最强,其去除率最大,达到了95.29%。
Chitosan(CS)/Nylon 6(PA6)composite nanofibrous membrane was prepared by electrospinning technique.PA6 was dissolved off with a suitable solvent to obtain porous chitosan fiber membrane.SEM showed that the membrane remained the fiber structure after PA6 dissolved with m-cresol(the ratio of m-cresol and ethanol volume was 1∶1).FT-IR indicated that there was weak interaction(such as hydrogen bonds)between PMMA and chitosan.Adsorption data indicated that the membrane exhibited a maximum adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)of 95.29% at pH=3.
