摘要
以亚油酸甲酯为研究对象,分别在氮气和氧气气氛中利用热重分析仪对其热解特性及动力学规律进行了研究,获得了亚油酸甲酯在不同升温速率(10、15、20、30℃/min)条件下热重分析(TG/DTG)曲线。结果表明,亚油酸甲酯在2种保护气氛中的热解过程均为简单的两步分解,相比氮气氛围,亚油酸甲酯在氧气氛围具有较差的热稳定性;提高升温速率热解区间向高温区移动。同时,用多元线性回归法求得相应的反应级数、活化能和指前因子,发现亚油酸甲酯的热解反应机理函数不同,反应活化能和指前因子之间表现出较好的动力学补偿效应。
The pyrolysis characteristics and kinetics of methyl linoleate was conducted in thermogravimetric analyzer at nitrogen and oxygen atmosphere,respectively.TG/DTG curves of methyl linoleate were also obtained at different hating rates(10,15,20,30℃/min).The results showed that the pyrolysis of methyl linoleate was simple two step decomposition.Compared with nitrogen atmosphere,it had a relatively worse stability of pyrolysis at oxygen atmosphere,and the main pyrolysis region shifted to the higher temperature when hating rate was raised.In addition,the corresponding activation energy,pre-exponential factor and reaction order were calculated by Multiple-Linear Regression method.Simultaneously,it was found that the pyrolysis reaction mechanism functions of two kinds of fatty acid methyl ester were different and the pyrolysis activation energy and pre-exponential factor presented a good kinetic compensation effect.
