摘要
通过模压成型的方法制备了不同熔融温度的聚醚醚酮(PEEK)/羧基化碳纳米管(MWNT-COOH)复合材料。利用热重分析(TG)、锥形量热法以及三点弯曲法等手段研究了不同熔融温度对复合材料的热稳定性、阻燃特性以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:400℃熔融温度下的复合材料具有较好的热稳定性,初始氧化温度高达500℃;在400℃熔融温度下处理后试样的弯曲强度最高达到202.0MPa;400℃熔融温度下的复合材料试样的点燃时间和最大热释放速率(TTI/PHRR)的比值最高达到0.258,具有较好的阻燃性能。
PEEK/MWNT-COOH composites with different melting temperature were prepared by compression molding.The effects of different heating temperatures on the thermalstability,flame property and mechanical property were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),cone calorimetry and three-point bending tests.The results showed that the sample with 400℃ melting temperature exhibited better thermalstability,and the initial mass loss temperature of sample was up to 500℃.The maximum flexural strength of sample with 400℃ melting temperature was 202.0MPa.The TTI/PHRR of composite with 400℃ melting temperature was up to 0.258,and exhibited better flame property.
