摘要
借助于红外光谱分析、热重分析和X射线衍射分析等表征手段,对通用级沥青基碳纤维的碳化过程进行了研究。探讨了碳化工艺参数对通用级沥青基碳纤维力学性能的影响,确定了通用级沥青基碳纤维的最佳碳化处理条件。
The carbonization process of pitch fibers was studied by Infrared spectroscopy,TGA and XRD etc.The effect of carbonization conditions e.g.temperature,ramping rate,constant temperature time on the mechanical property of general grade carbon fibers was investigated and the best conditions for carbonization process were determined.
