油脂基支化聚酯多元醇的合成 被引量:3

Study on the synthesis of branch oleic acid-based polyester polyol

摘要 以可再生资源油酸、二元酸及小分子多元醇为原料,经环氧开环、支化改性、酯化合成油脂基聚酯多元醇。研究了改性条件、改性剂和酯化试剂种类对聚酯多元醇性质的影响,得到了较大羟值范围的油脂基聚酯多元醇。对其进行了红外光谱、热失重分析。结果表明,合成马来酸酐支化改性聚酯多元醇较适宜的条件为:n(羟基油酸)∶n(马来酸酐)=1∶1,反应时间2h,反应温度150℃。 The polyester polyol was prepared via hydroxylation,modification and esterification by using oleic acid,diacid(or anhydride)and polyhydric alcohol as raw materials.The effect of modifying conditions,modifier types and ester reagent on the hydroxyl value and viscosity of product were studied.The oil base polyester polyol with wide range of hydroxyl value was obtained.The product was characterized by FT-IR and TG analysis.The results showed that the optimum modification condition were:the molar ratio of hydroxyl fatty acid and maleic anhydride was 1∶1,the reaction time was 2hat 150℃.
